However unfortunately i can confirm that the gift card that you've received is no longer possible to be redeemed at your account's page. Nor will we be able to issue any refund or compensation from our end as that's only possible from the retailer's end where the gift card was originally purchased.

Going forward, i recommend that you change the country setting on your account as it can't be used in your current region for more than 14 days with it's current service status.

I understand where you're coming from here and the disappointment for not being able to redeem the card but we're unable to have it added to your account from our end.
