How Amazon stole my money

Example from the criminal American capitalism, where many believe that laws reign and no one can encroach on your property.
Some time ago, I published a book on Amazon containing basic information on obtaining political asylum in the United States. One of the chapters of the book also included an example that in the US, a talent visa and Green Card can now be obtained (based on precedent, which is a common law principle in the US) even by an ordinary prostitute:
based on the precedent of Eva Elfie, who obtained a talent visa and Green Card in the US after posting her videos on various thematic websites.
However, when I published the book on Amazon, difficulties immediately arose: they didn't like the book cover, they didn't like that the book was in Spanish, they didn't like the font, and so on.
However, I managed to publish the electronic version of the book, but they constantly refused to publish the paperback version for the mentioned "reasons". Towards the end, when the imagination for finding reasons ran out, Amazon simply blocked the paperback version, and they did it "silently," without notifying me by email, which they always do in such cases.
However, as soon as I tried to republish the paperback version under a slightly different title, Amazon urgently blocked my account and sent me an email stating that they not only blocked my account but will also not pay me my own money for the sales of my other books that were sold starting from two months ago. They also notified me that they are blocking access to all reports, including reports on my sales (which I managed to download in advance). However, Amazon couldn't describe the reason for the blockage. Indeed, it would be strange to write that the book can help Mexican immigrants immigrate to the US or that the precedent with Eva Elfie means that now prostitutes from around the world can obtain a talent visa and Green Card, like those whom the US needs the most and considers talents on par with Nobel laureates and Olympic champions.
This case clearly demonstrates some things:
1) Amazon is a thief, no matter how you look at it. Refusing to pay already earned money is theft.
2) Tales about private property under capitalism are nothing more than tales. No laws work in the US, and any scam can appropriate your money and property if they have the physical ability to do so.
3) Prostitutes in the US are recognized as talents and can obtain a talent visa and Green Card on par with Nobel laureates and Olympic champions.
4) The US is afraid of Mexican immigrants, so much so that they block books that could potentially be used by these immigrants to explain the procedure for obtaining asylum in the US.
